• Standard Listing Marketing - $125 at close
• Listing Marketing with photography (30 HDR photos) - $371.05 at close
  • Additional photography options can be requested at an additional charge
• Listing Marketing with Property Boost - $185 at close 
• Listing Marketing plus photography and Property Boost - $431.05 at close

*Property Boost and Photography cannot be paid for by using Concierge Cash.

** If the listing is withdrawn or expires the $125 fee for listing marketing will be covered by the company -  the agent will be required to pay for any photography and property boost orders.

Description:

Listing Marketing INCLUDES the following:

• Placing photography order when added to order
• Entering the listing, documents and photos in the MLS (with agent approval) and maintaining status updates
• Uploading the showing instructions in ShowingTime
• Ordering sign installation

When your listing goes live in the MLS:

• Property Boost for 7 days when added to order
• Creating and forwarding flyers and brochures to your Office for printing and pick up
• Creating a property website and sharing it with the agent, clients, and your office
• Creating a "Just Listed" eCard and graphic for social media
• Creating a virtual tour and uploading it to the MLS and YouTube

When you host an open house:

• Creating an “Open House” eCard and graphic for social media
• Creating and forwarding flyers to your Office for printing and pick up

If you reduce the price of the listing:

• Creating a “Price Reduced” eCard and graphic for social media
• Creating and forwarding flyers and brochures to your Office for printing and pick up

When your listing sells (congrats!):

• Creating a "Just Sold" eCard and graphic for social media
• Ordering sign removal
• Add client to a drip campaign
  

IMPORTANT NOTICE: A Listing Marketing package is generated for each MLS number. If a listing is taken off the market, but is re-listed under a new MLS number, a new Listing Marketing package must be ordered to activate this service.

*If you DO NOT participate in the Just Listed/Just Sold postcard program, and request for postcards to be created and sent out, there will be an additional cost associated which will be billed to you.  If the Listing expires or is withdrawn you will be billed for the charge incurred for the Just Listed card.
