• Create electronic file
• Review file for errors/missing documents and turn listing packet into office
• Enter the listing in the MLS from MLS input form
• Maintain status updates on MLS
• Upload documents and photos in the MLS
• Upload virtual tour to MLS
• Mail client thank you note card at time of listing
• Create and mail Just Listed post cards (postage is not included)
• Set up one-week digital ad (via Chalk Digital)
• Create a Just Listed graphic for social media
• Post website to office social media account
• Create flyers and listing packets (15 listing packets plus an additional 20 flyers for placement on sign)
• Maintain flyers and marketing materials during price changes
• Maintain amendments for price changes
• Create open house marketing materials
• Send client thank you card for closing
• Create and mail Just Sold post cards (postage not included)
• Input/update client into BHHS Connect (per agent’s instructions)
• Remind continually for client follow up
• Optional listing documents filled out (per pre-filled form)
• OPTIONAL: Sign and flyer drop-off (additional charge)

PRICE: $100 per listing

SPECIAL PROMO: Once your listing is under contract, you will receive a $100 credit towards the purchase of a Contract-to-Close service package for that listing through the Agent Concierge Store.

NOTE: The purchase of a Listing Marketing package can be applied to one specific MLS number only. If you purchase this service for a listing and that listing is taken off the market, but is then re-listed under a new MLS number at a later date, you will need to purchase another Listing Marketing package for the new MLS number even though it is for the same property.
