Contract-to-Close Service Package/TN ($300 - buyers and $200 - sellers charged at closing)

New contract on your hands? Congratulations! With the Agent Concierge Store's contract-to-close package, you can hand off all the paperwork, communication and scheduling tasks associated with your contract to us! The Agent Concierge team will tackle the following for your contract:

• Create electronic file
• Review file for errors/missing documents and turn on transaction packet to office
• Send congratulations email to client
• Send introduction email to co-op agent, lender and title company
• Maintain status updates on MLS
• Track receipt of earnest money
• Complete weekly check-ins with all parties
• Coordinate home inspection, appraisal, termite inspection and special stipulations
• Maintain timeline for inspection and resolution periods for repairs
• Track progress of inspection, appraisal, appraisal repairs and completion of special stipulations
• Coordinate final inspection
• Order home warranty (if applicable)
• Assist with necessary amendments or extra documents, sending for signatures and ensure all necessary parties receive the documents
• Send client reminders for utility connection, homeowners’ insurance (agents preferred if available) and extra documents needed
• Review closing disclosure for accuracy
• Provide binder with all transaction documentation to the agent, who will in turn provide it to client at closing (includings "Congratulations" note card)
• Create a "Just Sold" graphic for social media
• Create and mail "Just Sold" postcards (postage additional cost)
• Input/update client into BHHS Connect CRM (per agent’s instructions)
• Remind continually for client follow up

NOTE: Each Contract-to-close package is $300 per contract, but will be discounted to $200 if you purchased a Listing Marketing package for this listing. There will be no charge if the contract does not close.
